Searching the area for Rennet
I really want to try to make my own cheese - it gets too expensive to order cheeses on line. I have called around to the local stores and cannot find anyone who carries Rennet. One of these days I will find it and then I can purchase the one item I do not own for my kitchen - a cheese press.

Just was searching for rennet in NW arksansas and this came up-hope you found some by now but incase...I just took a class in dallas at the whole foods and their cheese person orders from this site for all her PERSONAL cheese making-I am sure the store gets their own bulk sourcing-
